What people are saying about the blog & its resources:

    Picture
"[At ISK] we were just starting a new cooking, baking, and nutrition club where students learn to cook dishes from around the world to help students share their cultures and explore new ones through food. I also wanted them to think deeper about the food they eat: where does it come from? How can we make sustainable choices in terms of our purchasing and consumption choices?

The blog post was so timely! I loved the blog resources, my favorite being the video of the woman growing so much organic food in her small compound. We have a greenhouse on campus and the cooking club has started their herb garden; they are also composting all the kitchen waste to use it in the garden. Thank you for sharing such amazing resources!"
